Errata Text: Advance or retreat a Character you control (Using PORTAL TRANSPORT does not count as advancing or retreating for responses)

At first look, Portal Transport seems like a waste of a card because any character can advance (if unset) as a Positive and retreat (and set if unset) as a Negative. But to an experienced player, the value of this card is priceless. First off, you can use it to retreat a character without causing it to set or lose the Flow. Second, you can advance a set character (normally not allowed). Third, you can retreat a raging character (normally not allowed). Fourth, either advancing or retreating with this card gets around any Responses (like Bomb Blastic or Violent Quiver) which react to an advance or a retreat.
