Thought Cyphon

Thought Cyphon is really good if you want to cycle your cards or drain the Arsenal of a player who has a lot of minions. Keep in mind, whoever is doing the drawing will draw a number of cards first and then discard that same number of cards, so it is possible for that player to keep what he or she originally had in hand.
