Otherworld Whispers

This card basically deals 1 DDMG for 2 CP. DDMG is Defense Damage and it is dealt after an attacker deals attack damage to a defender. The Defender gets to deal DDMG to the attacker. The defender cannot deal DDMG if he protects or intercepts.
Otherworld Whispers gets better if there is an Otherworld Presence face-up in play. Otherworld Presence is a Zone that can make Otherworld Whispers deal more DMG for less CP. As a matter of fact, it can deal +X DMG where X equals all the Otherworld Presences face-up in play. So if you have 1 Otherworld Presence face-up and your opponent has one, Otherworld Whispers will deal 3 DDMG for 1 CP. That is ridiculous!
