This alien/human reinforcement can set to potentially give you 1 CP. It might be better to use him as an attacker, but if you really need that CP, try to combo him with Adapter Droids and similar cards that let you know what is on top of your arsenal.
Walter can back-up a Cybernetic team and goes well with Cray Phillips, Freakshow, Ironsides, Mannequin, Version 9, Bull's Eye, H'Ronka, Striking Dragon, and Berserker.
