One for the Team
This is one of the few cards (if only) that guarantee a shot at intercepting and getting a cheer if you have at least 2 characters (the one that intercepts has to be a war gladiator).
You can keep a war gladiator in a certain field (action field to protect or support field to be protected). And when that attack comes, you can use that gladiator to intercept. For example, you have The Stallion in the support field and Ironsides in the action field. Both are unset. Your opponent attacks Ironsides for 1 ADMG with a gladiator (generating a cheer). You feel The Stallion can survive the attack and choose to intercept it, getting the cheer while remaining safe behind Ironsides.
