Card of the Day Archive
November 25, 2003: Full Monty
Full Monty
Knowing what your opponent has in her hand is a good thing especially going up against an opponent who uses a lot of DRs (even some ORs). Think about the surprise factor of an Aikido Strike, Joint Lock, Mind Machine, Instant Better, Otherworld Whispers, Distraction, Mistaken Identity, etc... If you know what is coming you wont fall as easy into those traps. Keep in mind, if a player has to scrap cards at random and a Full Monty is in play, the method of selection still has to be random (this is a note for players who let their opponents choose the cards as a method of random selection, if the opponent can see the cards, then selection isn’t random.)
