You get three effects in one for 3 CP. Freedom from 1 ADMG attacks is not a bad thing. +1 ADMG is definitely a good thing. -1 MAX Life would be considered bad, only if you play it on yourself... So you can play it on an opponent and kill them if they had only 1 life left. If Otherworld Presence was face-up in play, this card costs only 2 CP. Pretty good overall and that-1 MAX Life is not much of a hindrance if you keep your guy alive until the end of the wave.
