For 2 CP you draw 2 cards which compared to Breathe Deeply does the same on level 1 on a bad day and is better than Epiphany, however you get the added bonus of thinning a player's arsenal. It is good with One Step Ahead or Adapter Droid, and great with Dripping Leak.
