Taa Ra

This spectral character can save you CP when playing Psi cards at the high cost of paying life using her Unburden. Use it in emergencies like when you NEED to play an Alter Ego but you only have 3 CP. Her Swipe ability can really slow down a Psi-heavy deck, but you have to raise her to level 2, which means you can only play level 2 Psi cards for the second wave.
Taa Ra goes well with Cray Phillips, Lillith, Queen Alexandra, Goth Garal, Madame Petice, Opac Sentir, The Stranger, and Trace.
