Electro Chains

This is a very versatile weapon to have handy and worth the price for two- maybe three waves. To deal 1 XDMG to a Gladiator is great for 2 CP. It is limited by the VP of the gladiator, but most likely, your opponent will have a 4 VP Gladiator sooner or later after promotion. Advancing a gladiator is good too if you want to get around protection (or use responses to advancing).
For a last-ditch effect, you can advance one of your own gladiators. Good for gladiators who can’t advance because they are set. This method is a great way to get around things that target characters in the support field like Electro Spear or Projectile Spines. Also it makes an ability like Simon Bantus’ Triage more useful and less dangerous.
Of course it is a pump that can be scraped when you use the Gercan Side Step.
