Summoning Locus

This is an excellent zone in any Portal/Cybernetics deck or any Cybernetics deck that splashes Portal (a must have for Mannequin). Benefit from cost reductions on Bloaters, Iron Monster, Putaka, Ranchek, Scrambler, and definitely Chronic Jim and Flesh.
If there are multiple copies of these face-up in play, the total cost of the Portal cards is still 1 less to play.
