Bacteria Pool

This card can be very dangerous in a zone-intensive game. Its effect is triggered not when it comes into play but after it has been flipped face-up. (So you play it, get it to flip face-down, then get it to flip face-up to deal 1 XDMG to everyone.)
A note: If Lothar is in play, his "cannot be targeted" ability will not save him from this effect because the effect is not targeting anyone.
Combo it with cheap zones so you can flip Bacteria Pool. Your opponent might hesitate to play zones if they know everyone is going to take XDMG. If only you had ways to prevent XDMG…
