This is a good minion to compare others to. 1 Life/1 ADMG with the ability to advance/retreat a minion is a nice little fella that gives you bang for the buck.
The good part of his ability is the flexibility. If for some reason your minion is advanced (Thrasher Blade did it), you can retreat that minion without setting it. Your Zwazaw, Gun-Kipa, and Shendrondrian Dominatrix will thank your for it.
