Mute

This card will allow you to set any minion by paying its Play cost. Great for instances where you can't hit the minion with XDMG or ADMG. The card works great with IQ Filter. You should have both of these cards in your Psi deck, as they work a great combo.
The other card that messes with minions is Macbeth Syndrome, and Cerebrum Swell might also be good. But they both require 2 Psi Gladiators.
