Don't underestimate the power of this card especially when combined with Fumble, Epiphany, Inner Demons, and Glubus. There are cards that have an effect unless your opponent scraps cards to prevent it; i.e. Inner Demons, Instant Better, and Pago. Make those cards better by eliminating the choice.
