Projectile Spines
This card hits characters in the support field, which would make your opponent think twice about trying to keep them safe in the back. For 2 CP it is cheaper than Nukatal Boom-Rang, and it is a double positive--positive flow to play if you play it on a minion and positive flow to use it. This low cost and speed make up for its limited targeting, the fact that your opponent can try to avoid it, and the fact that you can lose it to pump-removal cards like Let Freedom Ring.
Play it early on in the game to benefit from its price efficiency. Use it later when XDMG becomes vital to destroying those pesky characters in the back. Play it on Ryla and use it before she attacks. Then Scrap it When she deals ADMG. Or play it on a minion that you think will be hanging around for a while (Bone Beast, Bloaters, the kind of minion that your opponent will probably not attack directly).
