Of all the cards in the game, CP cost per card, this is the best. As a positive you can draw 3 cards. Be careful, it does cost life.
Combo this card with Taa Ra to reduce its cost, and/or Trace to bring it back into your hand instead of scrapping it. All of a sudden, Opac Sentir and Bull's Eye look a lot better!
Note: You pay life from a Psi gladiator you control, you can't pay life from your opponent's gladiators.
