This demon has a very low rage number, which makes him dangerous in combat. Also, he increases bio-decay DMG by 1. Great with Lothar, Dripping Leak (played on a constantly intercepting gladiator or minion), Shriveled Bones, Circuit Plague, Contagion, and Dobula C.
If one character is hit for 1 bio-decay DMG, you can use this response once to increase the DMG to 2. You cannot use it more than once to raise it to 3 or more.
However, if two characters (ex. Don and Simon) are each hit for 1 bio-decay DMG, you can use this response once for both by paying 4 CP total (Don would take 2 instead of 1 and so would Simon).
