Cerebrum Swell

This card may be weak compared to other cards that deal 1 XDMG like Nukatal Boom-Rang, but if you are playing a Psi-intense or Psi-only deck, it is a very good card to have. You need two guys to play it, and you cannot hit constructs with it. Also you cannot use it unless your opponent has 3 strategy cards in play, that means pumps, minions, or zones. Gladiators are not counted because they are not strategy cards and quick-hits are not counted because they are not in play. A face-down card is considered a strategy card, so face-down zones are counted.
Be careful not to use a lot of Suffocation or Let Freedom Ring cards if you plan on using this card, or else you will be working against yourself.
