Mega-Ram Boost
With this card, you can increase your hand size by 1. (That doesn't mean you are going to wear bigger gloves). It means when you draw cards you can draw an extra card. So during the breather, you usually draw seven cards (your hand size) plus two bonus cards for a total of nine cards. But with this you draw eight plus two. Once you put the two cards on the bottom of your deck, you will be down to your hand size: Eight cards with a Mega-Ram Boost--ten with three of them.
Costwise it is great. It's hard to find a card or an ability that lets you draw a card for 1 CP. Check this out, you play this card, you draw your extra card during the breather, end up with eight cards, and if you want, you can choose not to pay the maintain cost but still keep the eight cards. Hand size is only counted when you draw during the Regenerate step. At any time in the game you can have more cards than your hand size and not have to get rid of any!
You can also choose to keep it for a style which needs a lot of cards in hand (i.e. Bull's Eye's Deck Cycle ability or Opac's Recreate and Regather abilities).
