This Psi card is great pump removal. Just like Let Freedom Ring it can get rid of a pump cost for cost. However it is not as broad. You can only hit the enemy with it. Not a major problem unless you are facing a Bio-tek deck. It does have a good side, if you have 2 or more Psi gladiators, playing this card is a Positive Flow action.
