Adrenaline Shot

With this card, you can pay 2 CP to draw cards. You can draw 1 card or 2 depending on how many cards you already have in your hand. The timing for this counts the cards in your hand when you play Adrenaline Shot. So if you had 3 cards (and one was Adrenaline Shot) and play it, you draw 2 cards. Sometimes it is wiser to draw only 1 card in cases where your Arsenal is low. You say you won't have enough CP to play the cards you might draw? Then use it on your opponent if you know they cannot play what they will draw (combo with Adapter Droid or One Step Ahead). That way, they have 1 less card in their Arsenal. You can potentially stop a Bull's Eye/Adapter Droid or an Adapter Droid/Brain Pustules combo with this card.
