Subj: Assassination Investigations Inconclusive
Investigations continue to return with inconclusive and conflicting evidence. So the big question in the Justich System remains: Who killed Devor Bramain? Some blame it on his fellow council members who have criticized his action in signing an additional contract amendment with the Ophidians. Perhaps the assassination was a punishment for his “betrayal”. Others blame anti-Ophidian factions controlling the Justich Council who have spoken out against the Ophidians in the past. These Justich Council members deny the accusations brought against them claiming they had agreed to hear out Devor one last time. Unfortunately, Bramain was killed before he could speak with the Council.
